I have realized that consistencey is the key for me. I find that I work out for a while and then I just fall off of the wagon. It may be due to my laziness or the plans that someone else has made for me( take me to the Drs. repairman will be here today between 8 and 5, come with me to take my car to the shop and blah blah blah). I really need to devise a plan and stick with it.
I started back yesterday and my mini goal will be to work out for at least two weeks straight 3-5 time per week. I think that is a good solid starting point. I also need to devise some type of eating plan.I'll work on that a little later.
